Set up your intern before you give it work

Before you run a single prompt, take 30 minutes to set up ChatGPT correctly. This tells it who you are, how you communicate, and how it should behave every time you use it. Do this once.   1. Role: What function is it performing right now?
  2. Context: What does it need to know about your organization?
  3. Resources: What documents or information should it use?
  4. Task: What exactly do you want it to produce?
  5. Output: What does the finished result look like?
